Enquiries

We use details you voluntarily submit to respond to your stay enquiry, prepare a quotation, and maintain an accurate communication record. Enquiry contact consent is required to respond; marketing consent is separate and optional.

Bookings and pre-arrival registration

For a confirmed stay, we use booking, contact, arrival, emergency-contact, guest-registration and acceptance details to deliver the reservation, support guest safety, maintain accommodation records and meet applicable legal reporting duties. When a property calendar is connected to a booking channel, the primary guest's name and booking phone may be included in its private calendar event so the host can identify the stay. The private form records the version accepted, time of acceptance and a rotating one-way network hash where configured.

Nature's Cove does not ask guests to upload government ID images through this website. Guests may send ID privately to +91 78959 91876 on WhatsApp, which is a third-party service, or present the original at check-in. Foreign-guest passport, visa or OCI information may be requested separately where statutory reporting requires it.

Website analytics and maps

We collect first-party page and conversion events, device and browser category, campaign parameters, and approximate city, state and country where available from hosting or network headers. On mobile devices, we may invite you to share an approximate browser location. It is collected only after you choose Share location, rounded before storage, and can be declined. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics; a rotating one-way hash may be used for abuse prevention and anonymous counting. The public location map is embedded from Google Maps, so Google receives the technical request information needed to display it; live weather is requested by our server from Open-Meteo without sending your browser location.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained only while reasonably needed for the stay, safety, accounting, dispute handling or a legal obligation, then deleted or securely disposed of. You may withdraw marketing consent online or request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@naturescove.in. Records required by law or needed to complete a booked stay may still need to be retained.
